a pink or yellow (and if you don’t have these, white) candle
paper (cigarette rolling paper is good for safe burning)
a self love/positivity/anything that will make you happy sigil (best if it’s personal!)
a jar
dried rose petals, or any other flower which you associate with self positivity
agate or rose quartz
✨ what to do:
prepare yourself however you do before your spells (casting a circle, meditation, etc)
optional: call on a deity (that you honour, NOT just one that you see as convenient); i personally call upon apollo, as he as the deity i honour and associate with light and happiness.
draw your sigil on the paper, and burn it in the candle. as it burns, focus all your energy on bringing together everything that makes you happy, makes you positive, and makes you love you! then collect the ashes (be careful!)
put the ashes and the dried rose petals into the jar, continuing to focus your energy. place your chosen crystal on top.
leave your jar somewhere where you want to bring your positive energy. by a window is best, so it can charge in the sun.

and a tip: don’t seal the jar! leaving it open means that mold won’t grow in the petals, and the air can circulate, so there’ll be no stale energy.
